At the end of WWII, then President Eisenhower, during his farewell speech, warned the US about what he called the “Military Industrial Complex” and its potential influences. How profound of a warning it turned out to be. March of Tyrants features sound bites from only elected US officials; Presidents, Senators and Congressmen. The beginning is filled with warnings and the dangers of war mongers and their power and influence. The culmination is a shameless fear mongering montage from a 2008 republican presidential debate. Listen to the current war mongers themselves proudly displaying the talking points and phraseology they’ve been taught to use to scare the people into wars. Dime comes from experiences outside and around the Detroit Medical Center.  Taking many moments to speak with the homeless that frequently passed by the hospital.  Though these words are prompted by these men and women, they are fed with the emotion from personal experiences living on the street.  With the continuing economic failings, anyone can become homeless.  It only takes one step to fall.

Hit ‘em Again Charlie is accenting the final speech in The Great Dictator. The Great Dictator is a comedy film by Charlie Chaplin released in October 1940. Like most Chaplin films, he wrote, produced, and directed, in addition to starring as the lead. What wise words when related to today about all world wide tyranny. We have along way to go, so GO!
